Duration: 60-80 minutes
Yoga Therapy is an experiential process that brings the understanding of Yoga’s primary intention: awakening our essential nature, our Spirit. This process is unique to each person. Therefore the Yoga Therapist, as guide and mentor, must select, modify and adapt the practices of Yoga to suit each person’s changing needs.
Yoga Therapy sees each individual as an expression and reflection of infinite possibilities and intelligence and initiates a journey that takes us to our deepest self, healing the imbalances and revealing our inner nature.
Yoga brings to us many gifts in the form of various practices. A Yoga Therapy session emphasizes the ones that will be most helpful and rewarding for the individual.
